01Using this website

In these terms, “TIKC,” “Company,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Team Integrity I, LLC. “You” refers to the person using the site and, where applicable, the business that person is authorized to represent. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

The site is intended for adults. If you act for a business, you must have authority for the actions you take on its behalf. These website terms do not themselves create a paid advisory engagement, a government relationship or a promise to provide a particular service.

A separately agreed service scope, purchase agreement or product license may contain additional terms. Where it expressly addresses the same subject, that specific agreement governs that engagement or purchase, subject to applicable law.

02Educational information and professional advice

News, articles, guides, worksheets and service descriptions provide general information. Government programs, solicitations, regulations and agency practices change. Check current official sources and the requirements of the specific opportunity rather than relying solely on this site.

Site content is not individualized legal, tax, accounting, investment or other regulated professional advice. Consult appropriately qualified advisors when needed. Examples and educational materials are not a substitute for evaluating your own facts, risks and obligations.

References to federal agencies, SAM.gov, certification programs or other public bodies do not imply government affiliation, approval or endorsement of TIKC.

03No qualification, award or earnings guarantee

Using this site, purchasing a resource or receiving advisory support does not guarantee certification, registration activation, an evaluation score, contract eligibility, a contract award, revenue, profit or any other outcome. The relevant government agency, certifier or buyer makes its own decisions.

Results depend on your circumstances, accurate information, your performance, applicable requirements, competition and factors outside TIKC’s control. You remain responsible for your business decisions, representations, pricing and approvals.

04Worksheet and call preparation

The optional certification worksheet suggests preliminary pathways from a limited set of categorical answers. It is not a complete eligibility assessment or an application, and it does not create a determination by TIKC, SBA or another certifying body. HUBZone support remains pending confirmation and is not an active offering on this site.

Preparing or copying a call brief is not a submission to TIKC and does not make or confirm an appointment. The browser-storage and sharing behavior is explained in the Privacy Policy. You choose whether to share the brief. Do not include controlled information, passwords, proprietary records or sensitive documents.

You can use the booking option without completing the worksheet. An appointment is subject to the confirmation and availability shown by the booking service. A free initial discovery call is separate from any paid work that may later be agreed.

How the private call brief is handled

05Advisory services and scope

Service pages describe the kinds of support that can be discussed. Availability, deliverables, responsibilities, fees and timelines must be confirmed for the particular engagement. A service description or discovery call is not an agreement to handle a deadline or submit an application or proposal.

You must provide accurate information and review materials and approvals for which you are responsible. Confirm submission responsibilities and the final requirements with TIKC before relying on assistance with an application, registration or proposal. SAM.gov registration through the government is free; TIKC’s assistance is an optional paid service.

Unless a separate engagement provides otherwise, do not treat general communications as a secure document-submission channel. Wait for appropriate instructions before sharing confidential or sensitive records.

06Resources, checkout and fulfillment

The GovCon Store describes resources and links to TIKC’s existing hosted checkout. Review the current product description, currency, price, taxes or other charges, license and fulfillment information presented for that purchase before paying. A checkout click alone is not a completed order.

Payment processing is handled through the linked provider. These website terms do not replace that provider’s applicable terms or alter a confirmed order. Contact TIKC if product details or checkout information appear inconsistent.

Downloads, newsletters or other tools marked unavailable are not available through a disabled control. Do not assume an unavailable signup collected your details or that an unavailable download was purchased or delivered.

07Refunds and purchase support

TIKC’s published refund policy provides a three-day refund window for courses and products. Contact info@teamintegrityknowledgecenter.com promptly with your order details and concern to request support or a refund within that window. Do not email full card numbers or security codes.

Any refund or cancellation terms specifically agreed for an advisory engagement should be reviewed in that engagement’s agreement. This section does not create an unconfirmed cancellation right for advisory work or limit non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.

08Content and intellectual property

Website content, branding and resources are owned by TIKC or its respective licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Reading the site does not transfer ownership or authorize resale, republication, removal of notices or distribution of paid resources.

You may view the public site and retain a copy of individual public pages for personal, noncommercial reference with notices intact. Use of a purchased workbook, template or other resource is subject to the license or usage terms provided with that product. Seek permission for use beyond the applicable license.

You must have the necessary rights to information you provide to TIKC. Do not send material that infringes another party’s rights or that you are not authorized to disclose. Materials shared for a service engagement remain subject to that engagement’s terms.

09Acceptable use

Do not use the site to violate law, misrepresent your identity or authority, infringe rights, send malicious material, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service, harvest personal information or circumvent access restrictions.

We may restrict access or take appropriate action to protect the site, its users and our rights, subject to applicable law. You remain responsible for activities you undertake through your own devices and communications.

10Other websites and providers

Some functions use linked or embedded services, including the on-page HighLevel / LeadConnector booking calendar, hosted payment checkout, GovCon iSource, social platforms and video providers. Loading an embedded service, following a link or submitting information to a provider is an interaction subject to the relevant terms and privacy notices.

TIKC does not control every third party’s availability, security, information or practices. An external link is not a guarantee of that third party’s content or a representation that it is part of this website.

11Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and general educational content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title or non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation or that every item is current, complete or accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TIKC and its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, licensors and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or loss of profit, revenue or opportunity arising from use of or reliance on this site or its content.

Consistent with TIKC’s published terms, the collective liability of Company arising from the information, product or service at issue will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid Company for that information, product or service, to the extent that limitation is permitted by applicable law.

Some jurisdictions do not allow particular exclusions or limitations. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits any non-waivable statutory rights. A separate signed agreement may specify terms applicable to its own services.

12Copyright concerns

If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, contact info@teamintegrityknowledgecenter.com, Attention: Copyright Agent. Identify the work, the location of the material, your contact information and the basis for your claim. Any formal DMCA notice or counter-notice must meet the applicable statutory requirements.

Do not submit a claim you know is false. Contacting TIKC through this process does not waive rights or remedies provided by law.

13Governing law and dispute resolution

TIKC’s published terms provide that these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois and that disputes are subject to binding arbitration in Chicago, Illinois, subject to applicable law and any non-waivable rights.

Disputes are to be resolved on an individual basis, not as a plaintiff or member of a class, consolidated or representative action. An arbitrator may not consolidate different people’s claims or preside over a class or representative proceeding unless all relevant parties specifically agree after the arbitration begins.

The application and enforceability of these provisions remain subject to applicable law. Nothing in this section removes a right or remedy that the law does not allow the parties to waive.

14Changes, termination and severability

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with an updated date. Additional notice or agreement will be obtained where required by applicable law. Review the terms that apply when you use the site or enter a new transaction.

Ending access does not remove obligations that by their nature survive, including applicable intellectual-property restrictions, disclaimers and dispute provisions. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law. If a class-action waiver is unenforceable, dispute resolution is subject to the applicable law and the competent court rather than an unauthorized class arbitration.
